Do you finance bad credit?
Yes. We work with bad credit, no credit and first-time buyers. Most approvals come through our outside lender network, and we offer in-house financing on select vehicles for qualified buyers. Call us and we'll tell you where you stand before you drive out.
What does a rebuilt title mean?
A rebuilt title vehicle was declared a total loss at some point, then repaired and re-inspected. In Michigan that inspection is state certified. Rebuilt title cars cost less than the same car with a clean title, and we'll show you the damage photos and the history so you can decide for yourself. We carry both clean and rebuilt titles.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. Bring your vehicle in and we'll appraise it, or include the details on your financing application and we'll work the trade value into your numbers.
Can I schedule a test drive?
Yes. Every vehicle page has a button to request a test drive, or call (313) 413-3400 and we will set a time. We would rather you drive it than guess from photos.
Do you offer warranties on used cars?
We offer extended coverage through Cars Protection Plus and PWI Preferred Warranty, with terms from a few months up to several years. Rebuilt title vehicles are eligible. Coverage and pricing depend on the vehicle, its mileage and the plan you pick.
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes. We arrange nationwide transport, including open carrier, enclosed and door-to-door. If you are buying from out of state, ask us for a shipping quote with your vehicle.
